After 3 minutes, Fabian Czeszejko made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. INTER Sosnowiec's Patryk Olejarz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 5 minutes of play, Olimpia HSB's Fernando Morientes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patryk Olejarz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute Witomir Ziomkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Olimpia HSB's goalkeeper Tolek Kiszkiel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ethan Mbappè. In the 16th minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Olejarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Morientes in the 18th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Patryk Olejarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, INTER Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Walczak came free, but Patryk Olejarz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patryk Olejarz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 42 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Wietrzychowski. Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patryk Olejarz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Czeszejko went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tolek Kiszkiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bror Nordstedt's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Wietrzychowski during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfred Wietrzychowski kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Olimpia HSB's Tolek Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Mbappè in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes, Fabian Czeszejko made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. INTER Sosnowiec's Patryk Olejarz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Pietrowiak in the 85th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Patryk Olejarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacek Pietrowiak in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patryk Olejarz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mete Carne kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Olimpia HSB's Fernando Morientes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Patryk Olejarz but with some difficulty. The Olimpia HSB supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Olimpia HSB would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
