Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the match, Quimeras Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Conrado Txurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Quimeras Jrs. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Txurio. Quimeras Jrs.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 18 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Conrado Txurio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Txurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Daniel Zorita sped through Quimeras Jrs.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conrado Txurio. Jonatan Orlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonatan Orlin ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Txurio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Seme hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Conrado Txurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of the match.

After a rather tough play, Quimeras Jrs.'s Rogelio Kismi got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Txurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Quimeras Jrs. got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Emeterio. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Conrado Txurio made a huge save. Conrado Txurio came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After having played for 74 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conrado Txurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Luis Andino made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cristian Sancho immediately put the ball in play. When Daniel Zorita fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Daniel Zorita a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
