Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that ACDC Indonesia's Toke Todbøl managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toke Todbøl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ACDC Indonesia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Kalengkongan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toke Todbøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Kalengkongan in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toke Todbøl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, ACDC Indonesia's goalkeeper Toke Todbøl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. ACDC Indonesia's Reza Misrun was substituted for Daeng Arwana. ACDC Indonesia's Imral Habib was substituted for Tanji Anggadiredja. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaya Antoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Toke Todbøl made a huge save. Guruh Apriantara kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toke Todbøl having to make a save. In the 89th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toke Todbøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Kalengkongan in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ACDC Indonesia.
