Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Japola in the 10th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Wincenty Japola recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Wincenty Japola showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 14th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincenty Japola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Jan Liberko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Gaos during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. With an all-out effort, Start Pliszczyn's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wincenty Japola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Liberko got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Start Pliszczyn's Gilbert Hetman got a free kick in the 34th minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Wincenty Japola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Start Pliszczyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wincenty Japola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Start Pliszczyn's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Adam Nikodemski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmund Nienajadlo got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladyslaw Bielatowicz in the 47th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Jan Liberko made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Gilbert Hetman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Start Pliszczyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After a rather tough play, Start Pliszczyn's Gilbert Hetman got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Adam Nikodemski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Edmund Nienajadlo sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adam Nikodemski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wincenty Japola scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Stefan Pisarcik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Adam Nikodemski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Nienajadlo in the 87th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Jan Liberko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Start Pliszczyn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
