After having played for 12 minutes, Fernandez Montoto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sociedad Anónima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandez Montoto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Damaso Perpinya in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sociedad Anónima's Porfiro Caraduje. Fernandez Montoto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Cresconio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Freddy Lebouteiller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sociedad Anónima's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Lebouteiller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Cresconio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Muhammad Peng got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Jânio Prestes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Adamski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's Fernandez Montoto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froilan Cresconio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 minutes, Manfredo Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pangarés FC and the Sociedad Anónima players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pangarés FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Manfredo Silveira hit a great ball. Lia Arbulo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Dinu Ghiciușca fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sociedad Anónima's protests and gave Dinu Ghiciușca a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernandez Montoto in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Cresconio saved Pangarés FC from getting behind. In the 46th minute of the match Sociedad Anónima got a corner. Pangarés FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Colas Carriles ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Colas Carriles got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Froilan Cresconio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 47th minute, Dinu Ghiciușca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Eulalio Tolino made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Pangarés FC defense, Fernandez Montoto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Cresconio. The Pangarés FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Cresconio should have stopped the shot. In the 56th play minute Colas Carriles came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Froilan Cresconio. 0-3. Fernandez Montoto had several of the Pangarés FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Froilan Cresconio as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Sociedad Anónima's Fernandez Montoto in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pangarés FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 65 played minutes Pangarés FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fábio Sanches. Fernandez Montotos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Froilan Cresconio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Sociedad Anónima's Fernandez Montoto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Froilan Cresconio. That made the score 0-5 after 68 minutes of play. After 71 minutes of play Pangarés FC's Manfredo Silveira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Manfredo Silveira hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Sociedad Anónima's Bidun Cases was substituted for Fernandez Montoto. After a rather tough play, Pangarés FC's Manfredo Silveira got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 79th minute, Bidun Cases reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Froilan Cresconio. The goal made the score 0-6. If Bidun Cases had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Sociedad Anónima's Bidun Cases in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pangarés FC's goalie prevented a goal. Colas Carriles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Froilan Cresconio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Bidun Cases got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sociedad Anónima's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
