After some careless play in the Team E.C Dahls defense, Elia Delfs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Audun Rokstad. The Team E.C Dahls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Audun Rokstad should have stopped the shot. Ansgar Kalb hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Carl-Rune Strandheim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Elia Delfs made a precise shot to the right of Audun Rokstad. Team E.C Dahls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Elia Delfs took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Audun Rokstad to make any attempt to save it. Audun Rokstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintus Melliger in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Johan Hilleren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Vittiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Errol Marbach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Audun Rokstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 33 played minutes Olympique Fribourg got a freekick which was hit by Ansgar Kalb. Guillaume Vittiger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl-Rune Strandheim's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Audun Rokstad was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Quintus Melliger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Quintus Melliger really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. A collision led to Team E.C Dahls getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Carl-Rune Strandheim hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl-Rune Strandheim was the one to do the kick off. In the 64th minute, Quintus Melliger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympique Fribourg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 69th match minute, Team E.C Dahls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iver Grønnevik to maneuver through the defense. Audun Rokstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Errol Marbach in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Team E.C Dahls getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Anders Strømmen hit a great ball. If Quintus Melliger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Johan Hilleren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Audun Rokstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Delfs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Team E.C Dahls getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Anders Strømmen hit a great ball. Olympique Fribourg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
