Kasper Löfgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mantvydas Žalnerauskas in the 13th minute. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Linas Mandraflis hit a great ball. Kasper Löfgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klemensas Rožėnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stockholm IF's Karl Mattsson got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kasper Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klemensas Rožėnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Petras Tamašauskas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kasper Löfgren. Petras Tamašauskas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 36 played minutes Stockholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Osvald Kihlberg. Kasper Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petras Tamašauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of FC Pegasas Siauliai booed when Stockholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Kvick didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klemensas Rožėnas took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kasper Löfgren. Kasper Löfgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stockholm IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
