Bo Nordström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Infidels F.C's Wlodzimierz Cipinski threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bo Nordström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ni Song Kang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in GAIS's zone, Bo Nordström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wlodzimierz Cipinski came out of the goal and Bo Nordström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, GAIS's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Nordström came free, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Viktor Östlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Infidels F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GAIS the free kick. The Infidels F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
