Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loris Groß in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loris Groß in the 7th minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Loris Groß's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mitch Lauwers was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Rolando Roland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Fc Schönhagen were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Roofhoof made a kick off. Loris Groß blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mitch Lauwers having to make a save. 51 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Loris Groß came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Loris Groß made a precise shot to the right of Mitch Lauwers. Minion Mim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Loris Groß kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mitch Lauwers. That made the score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Loris Groß's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mitch Lauwers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Fc Schönhagen got a corner. Minion Mim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Junior Grajdeanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Rouven Bernhauer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loris Groß got free with Mitch Lauwers in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Loris Groß shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loris Groß could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mitch Lauwers made a huge save. Rolando Roland scored 0-5 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mitch Lauwers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers got control of the ball when Loris Groß tried to sneak it across the goal line.
