When Thorvald Mansel came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC Dalin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thorvald Mansel couldn't finish the play. When Trần Ritchell, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 8 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Irakliy Ozhogin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Bo Nordström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Infidels F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Nordström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hoàng Tran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hoàng Tran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ni Song Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irakliy Ozhogin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trần Ritchell went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Venancio Sesuldo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thorvald Mansel in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irakliy Ozhogin saved Infidels F.C from getting behind. Hoàng Tran came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Infidels F.C's Joel Bufi. But to his dismay, Joel Bufi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nguyễn Thanh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thorvald Mansel in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irakliy Ozhogin saved Infidels F.C from getting behind. Nguyễn Chuong's late challenge caught a Infidels F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Chuong helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Dalin getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Nguyễn Chuong hit a great ball. Venancio Sesuldo charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Sesuldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Infidels F.C getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Venancio Sesuldo hit a great ball. In the 49th minute of the match Infidels F.C got a corner. FC Dalin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Sesuldo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thorvald Mansel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Irakliy Ozhogin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nghiêm Tong in the 54th minute of play. In the 63rd minute Ni Song Kang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hoàng Tran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bo Nordström hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Thorvald Mansel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Irakliy Ozhogin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 68 played minutes Infidels F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ni Song Kang. In the 72nd minute, Trần Ritchell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dalin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dalin's goalkeeper Hoàng Tran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thorvald Mansel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Irakliy Ozhogin made a huge save. Irakliy Ozhogin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorvald Mansel in the 77th minute. Irakliy Ozhogin made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Nguyễn Chuong sent off a good shot on target. Irakliy Ozhogin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trần Ritchell, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 85th match minute, Infidels F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. Infidels F.C's Irakliy Ozhogin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Infidels F.C from getting a goal against them. Venancio Sesuldo tried in the 99th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Irakliy Ozhogin a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Dalin had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
