Will Wipp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Kristoffer Västerstrand made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Bogren came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Stefan Bogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lidköping's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Björk in the 23rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Allan Björk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mitch Lauwers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Şentürk Onuktekin fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minion Mim's protests and gave Şentürk Onuktekin a yellow card for diving instead. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Bogren in the 31st minute of play. Kristoffer Västerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Roofhoof in the 35th minute of play forced Lidköping's goalkeeper Kristoffer Västerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Mårtensson scored 0-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mitch Lauwers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Minion Mim booed when Lidköping was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lidköping's Kristoffer Västerstrand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Lidköping from getting a goal against them. Adam Mårtensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Mitch Lauwers made a huge save. The Lidköping supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lidköping would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
