FC Dalin's Hoàng Tran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ege Nesefi in the 5th minute of play. Hoàng Tran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loris Groß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Loris Groß shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hoàng Tran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match FC Dalin got a corner. Fc Schönhagen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kyriakos Paltoudakis ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Nguyễn Chuong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, FC Dalin's Nguyễn Chuong ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marc Fontagnier. Marc Fontagnier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 26 played minutes FC Dalin got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Jakes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loris Groß in the 27th minute of play forced FC Dalin's goalkeeper Hoàng Tran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Jakes's late challenge caught a Fc Schönhagen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmacio Jakes helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes FC Dalin got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Jakes. Loris Groß blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hoàng Tran having to make a save. Hoàng Tran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ege Nesefi in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Fc Schönhagen's Ahmet Ege Nesefi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hoàng Tran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 39th minute, Loris Groß ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hoàng Tran was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 46 played minutes Fc Schönhagen got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Castelain. In the 47th minute of the match Kyriakos Paltoudakis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marc Fontagnier skillfully saved the ball. After the first half Fc Schönhagen were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Through an outstanding action, after 50 minutes, Hoàng Tran successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Loris Groß could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Hoàng Tran made a huge save. FC Dalin's Hoàng Tran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ege Nesefi in the 59th minute of play. Hoàng Tran was a little too slow when Ahmet Ege Nesefi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 1-3. If Ahmet Ege Nesefi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ege Nesefi in the 67th minute of play forced FC Dalin's goalkeeper Hoàng Tran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hoàng Tran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ege Nesefi in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Nghiêm Tong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Loris Groß might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hoàng Tran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loris Groß ran back to his position shaking his head. Hoàng Tran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loris Groß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Dalin's Hoàng Tran got control of the ball when Loris Groß tried to sneak it across the goal line. Loris Groß took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hoàng Tran. Hoàng Tran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Schönhagen's Loris Groß slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hoàng Tran. That made the score 1-6 after 80 minutes of play. Hoàng Tran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loris Groß, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Marc Fontagnier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Ritchell in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Nghiêm Tong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Fontagnier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loris Groß might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hoàng Tran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loris Groß ran back to his position shaking his head. Hoàng Tran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loris Groß in the 91st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nghiêm Tong in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marc Fontagnier saved Fc Schönhagen from getting behind.
