Alex Méret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Magne Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Dominix in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute Pastor Dominix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Dominix in the 22nd minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Méret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magne Gunnarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manoel Fraile went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Stenberg in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Méret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Rönnöfors FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chancy Olympique were winning 1-2.

The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when Rönnöfors FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Björkdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel Fraile in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chancy Olympique's Marcel van der Velden got a free kick in the 58th minute. Per Stenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Méret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per Stenberg ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Stenberg in the 64th minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Alex Méret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson got control of the ball when Moisés Mangas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alex Méret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Stenberg in the 89th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
