After 5 minutes, Raphaël Lallemand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les Pionniers de Touraine and the FC MCM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raphaël Lallemand kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Mickaël Métenier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Cristi Maniu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Zurawski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Prunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Beauval in the 8th minute of play. Tanek Zurawski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Axelsson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Pau Novo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Zurawski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Călin Prunaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Beauval in the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC MCM defense, Abraham Beauval kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Călin Prunaru. The FC MCM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Călin Prunaru should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Beauval got free with Călin Prunaru in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maxim Frumuzache kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Călin Prunaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raphaël Lallemand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Călin Prunaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC MCM's Călin Prunaru got control of the ball when Abraham Beauval tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abraham Beauval might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Călin Prunaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abraham Beauval ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mickaël Métenier to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC MCM defense, Raphaël Lallemand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Călin Prunaru. The FC MCM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Călin Prunaru should have stopped the shot.

The wind increased when Abraham Beauval made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Maxim Frumuzache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Călin Prunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphaël Lallemand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Călin Prunaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Beauval in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Beauval in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Călin Prunaru saved FC MCM from getting behind. Călin Prunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphaël Lallemand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC MCM fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Les Pionniers de Touraine's Désiré Alberto was substituted for Patryk Kopacz. Rareș Gheară lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 70 played minutes Les Pionniers de Touraine got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Gheară. FC MCM made a substitution. Vali Cârnu replaced Viktor Axelsson. In the 71st minute, Rareș Gheară hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Les Pionniers de Touraine getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Hervé Malaise hit a great ball. Léon Sureau struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Călin Prunaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les Pionniers de Touraine. A well-hit corner resulted in Mickaël Métenier heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Isbășoiu in the 92nd minute of play. Léon Sureau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Călin Prunaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Les Pionniers de Touraine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Léon Sureau in the 95th minute. Abraham Beauval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC MCM's Călin Prunaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léon Sureau in the 99th minute of play. Les Pionniers de Touraine's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
