Henry Fagerberg took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrien Tanneau. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Rafail Rusev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adrien Tanneau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Tunström went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute, Guillaume Chaine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 96 minutes Valette Stars's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per Stenberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Per Stenberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau did a great save. The Valette Stars fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rönnöfors FF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
