The crowd rose to their feet as Konurbano Atletico's Remigiusz Bubczyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roberto Eztebe. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Ronaldo in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Eztebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 5th play minutes Cristian Ronaldo shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Roberto Eztebe and just under the crossbar into goal. After 8 played minutes Konurbano Atletico got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Hurezeanu. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teobaldo Demario having to make a save. 13 minutes into the game, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teobaldo Demario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Teobaldo Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Ronaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, Konurbano Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Botello to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Konurbano Atletico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Teobaldo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Lino Rios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobaldo Demario. Konurbano Atletico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lino Rios was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Germano Bettencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobaldo Demario prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Vase received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Teobaldo Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Konurbano Atletico made a substitution. Severiano Tiadoro replaced Remigiusz Bubczyk. 55 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Teobaldo Demario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Rios. In the 56th minute Abi Schrape shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Bettencourt in the 57th minute of play. Lino Rios scored 2-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teobaldo Demario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abi Schrape in the 64th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Teobaldo Demario in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Fernan Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobaldo Demario was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo was substituted for Lino Rios. 79 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teobaldo Demario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute Aureliano Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krzysztof Pochorylo made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Prospero Perutxo. Teobaldo Demario was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Aureliano Karlo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aureliano Karlo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Aureliano Karlo struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Teobaldo Demario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Machado in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Konurbano Atletico booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFC FUSION's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
