Cascade Park West's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Filip Brolin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Wilhelm having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Sha Qian came free, but Ronnie Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronnie Hellström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claude Joyner in the 92nd minute.
