Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Szymon Madej got the match started through his kick off. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lou Wegers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyad Sarkhoh in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Noboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hatta's Szymon Madej slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyad Sarkhoh in the 19th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Hatta got a freekick which was hit by Meqdad Al Bana. In the 22nd minute, Szymon Madej reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, Eyad Sarkhoh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 3-0. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szymon Madej's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Hatta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 34th minute. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Eyad Sarkhoh got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 4-0. Szymon Madej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szymon Madej took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Nemir Al Hadhod kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Alcocer in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lou Wegers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 55th minute of play forced Hatta's goalkeeper Lou Wegers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 played minutes Hatta got a freekick which was hit by Awwad Al Fadhalah. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58thth minute of the game Meqdad Al Bana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Eliseo Noboa made a precise shot to the right of Lou Wegers. Hatta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meqdad Al Bana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hatta booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hatta made a substitution. Kamal Al Arbash replaced Eyad Sarkhoh. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hashem Al Mulaifi, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Madej in the 68th minute of play. Szymon Madej kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Hatta's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Lou Wegers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Lou Wegers managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Costa Rica's Axel Tasis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 81 minutes into the match, Szymon Madej had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Szymon Madej was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. In the 84th minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Hatta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Masuod Al Sohali to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hatta's Szymon Madej got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Hatta were the better team. Hatta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
