Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ismael Larrategui made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute Mario Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik van Eijnde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hendrik van Eijnde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Fernandino went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Ismael Tejedor fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Ismael Tejedor a yellow card for diving instead. Ismael Tejedor kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Hincha Pelotas FC's Ismael Larrategui dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Valentine Corias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Valentine Corias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentine Corias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Valentine Corias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Larrategui who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ismael Larrategui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentine Corias got free with Camilo Freixa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Valentine Corias came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Hincha Pelotas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentine Corias couldn't finish the play. Hincha Pelotas FC's Mathías Guevara was substituted for Valentine Corias. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mario Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Hincha Pelotas FC's Mathías Guevara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Freixa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ismael Larrategui scored 3-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the game, Francisco Gallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hincha Pelotas FC the free kick. After 65 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Gallo. Mathías Guevara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Ismael Larrategui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso de la Cruz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathías Guevara in the 78th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Mathías Guevara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mario Fernandino hit a great ball. León Onez scored 5-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Larrategui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Ismael Larrategui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Ismael Larrategui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathías Guevara might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Freixa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathías Guevara ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that Hincha Pelotas FC were the better team. Hincha Pelotas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
