Galatasaray's Mürsel Okboğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Duszenski in the 8th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Burhanettin İçten. If Tolek Kochanowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Franciszek Dembowski made a precise shot to the right of Mürsel Okboğa. Galatasaray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when KONDOR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Édouard Mendy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onuralp Ekincioğlu in the 21st minute of play. Mürsel Okboğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Setúbal in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Kochanowicz in the 24th minute of play forced Galatasaray's goalkeeper Mürsel Okboğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mürsel Okboğa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Dembowski in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Franciszek Dembowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. KONDOR FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Franciszek Dembowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But to his dismay, Franciszek Dembowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. KONDOR FC's Tolek Kochanowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Tolek Kochanowicz came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the KONDOR FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Kochanowicz couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the game, Kenan Tülün was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KONDOR FC the free kick. Galatasaray's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franciszek Dembowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Mürsel Okboğa came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by KONDOR FC's Valdemar Setúbal. But to his dismay, Valdemar Setúbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. After 93 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Kenan Tülün. Franciszek Dembowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over KONDOR FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Galatasaray throughout the match.
