Warren Bayford came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Kusadasi's Nusret Üçok. But to his dismay, Nusret Üçok quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kensington F.C's Warren Bayford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nusret Üçok in the 23rd minute of play. Kensington F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kusadasi the free kick. After 25 played minutes Kensington F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rory Downs. After a rather tough play, Kensington F.C's Mickey Clegg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Warren Bayford came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Kusadasi's Nusret Üçok. But to his dismay, Nusret Üçok quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 34 played minutes Kusadasi got a freekick which was hit by Nusret Üçok. In the 39th minute, Nazmi İren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Kensington F.C were awarded a corner. Frazer Hurst went to the cornerflag to take it. After 46 minutes, Ross Mawson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kensington F.C and the Kusadasi players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Burak Işıner came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Kusadasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burak Işıner couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Larry Maskell to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Kusadasi's Bahadırhan Tanbey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Warren Bayford narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Burak Işıner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Warren Bayford having to make a save. Warren Bayford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahadırhan Tanbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Kusadasi's Nazmi İren got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, Bahadırhan Tanbey tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Warren Bayford saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Burak Işıner came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Kusadasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burak Işıner couldn't finish the play. Nusret Üçok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Warren Bayford having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Kusadasi's Şafak Budun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Warren Bayford. Warren Bayford yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. 75 minutes into the match, Kusadasi's Şafak Budun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Warren Bayford narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mickey Clegg charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mickey Clegg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Burak Işıner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Warren Bayford. The goal made the score 0-4. Kusadasi's Yaşar Hezarfen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Maskell in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Kusadasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burak Işıner to maneuver through the defense. Abdi Saygın Aytuğ hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Frazer Hurst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaşar Hezarfen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kusadasi's Nusret Üçok got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nusret Üçok had several of the Kensington F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 95 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Warren Bayford as he didn't even see the shot coming.
