The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Jerónimo Raminhos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mürsel Okboğa, 1-0. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aşır Kuman hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Paşa Savtekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salih Tolunay succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. When Gil Vargas came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Dream Team FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Vargas couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onuralp Ekincioğlu in the 22nd minute of play forced Dream Team FC's goalkeeper Vicente Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Dream Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Resende. Vicente Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onuralp Ekincioğlu in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Galatasaray's Mürsel Okboğa got control of the ball when Gil Vargas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onuralp Ekincioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Vicente Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paşa Savtekin in the 39th minute of play. Vicente Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onuralp Ekincioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Dream Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Araújo.

The wind increased when Gil Vargas made the kick off in the second half. If Gil Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Paşa Savtekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paşa Savtekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Joaquim Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Vargas in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mürsel Okboğa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Dream Team FC's Vicente Simões got control of the ball when Onuralp Ekincioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Onuralp Ekincioğlu could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Vicente Simões however easily saved by the left post. Vicente Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salih Tolunay in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Aşır Kuman hit a great ball. Aquilino Póvoas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mürsel Okboğa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Dream Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paşa Savtekin came free, but Vicente Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Simões made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Kenan Tülün sent off a good shot on target. Joaquim Araújo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Dream Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Frois didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paşa Savtekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
