In the 17th minute, Stephan Quvelirs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michale Coffey. The goal made the score 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Stephan Quvelirs kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michale Coffey. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Marc Chalut's late challenge caught a Rozen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Chalut helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Jim Demeester made a precise shot to the right of Michale Coffey. Resolution's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Michale Coffey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jim Demeester went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the match, Rozen's goal looked a bit too open when Kirby Mathews came free, but Jorg De Clerk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorg De Clerk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from François Spaulding in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Resolution's Kirby Mathews sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorg De Clerk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Resolution defense, Stephan Quvelirs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michale Coffey. The Resolution fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michale Coffey should have stopped the shot. Omar Donnelly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorg De Clerk having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kirby Mathews was the one to do the kick off. Michale Coffey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart De Poorter in the 53rd minute of play. Resolution's Michale Coffey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Quvelirs in the 57th minute of play. Michale Coffey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Demeester in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart De Poorter in the 64th minute of play forced Resolution's goalkeeper Michale Coffey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michale Coffey came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Rozen's Jon Bauwens. But to his dismay, Jon Bauwens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Resolution's Marc Chalut got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Rozen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Quvelirs to maneuver through the defense. Jorg De Clerk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirby Mathews, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Rozen's Jon Bauwens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michale Coffey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Jorg De Clerk was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Omar Donnelly capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Omar Donnelly really showed his touch with that goal: 7-1. Jon Bauwens charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jon Bauwens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rozen's Jim Demeester got a free kick in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Rozen's Jorg De Clerk got control of the ball when Kirby Mathews tried to sneak it across the goal line. Resolution's Michale Coffey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Quvelirs in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rozen had won after a very even match.
