Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hazard's Omar Broussard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Omar Broussard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavian Vătăşel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Pitangeles booed when Hazard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Sullivan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Vasile Ciorbea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pitangeles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hazard the free kick. Tobias Stjohn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remus Gâgea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. After 23 played minutes Hazard got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Sullivan. Nicu Pătru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tobias Stjohn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teddy Fair charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teddy Fair the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Hazard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Broussard to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vasile Ciorbea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Octavian Vătăşel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Broussard went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Tobias Stjohn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicu Pătru in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Hazard's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Ciorbea came free, but Tobias Stjohn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hazard's Tobias Stjohn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicu Pătru in the 72nd minute of play. Tobias Stjohn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Ciorbea in the 78th minute of play. Tobias Stjohn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codrin Drăgoescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Vasile Ciorbea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobias Stjohn. Hazard's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Ciorbea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. If Nicu Pătru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Stjohn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Ciorbea in the 86th minute of play. Vasile Ciorbea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jared Larson got free with Octavian Vătăşel in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octavian Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teddy Fair in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute Teddy Fair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
