Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when László Szepes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nguyễn Phuong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Szepes in the 15th minute of play. Nguyễn Phuong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rómeó Kocsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Phuong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Szepes in the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dong Xoai defense, László Szepes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nguyễn Phuong. The Dong Xoai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nguyễn Phuong should have stopped the shot. Trần Hung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. László Szigligeti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. László Szepes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Dong Xoai's Dương Dong dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. A hard shot 41 in the game by Dương Dong from a close distance when the talented László Szigligeti managed to make a qualified save. Ferencvarosi TC's players were relieved. Nguyễn Phuong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Szepes in the 43rd minute of play. Örs Csorba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Trần Hung made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Dong Xoai's zone, László Szepes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nguyễn Phuong came out of the goal and László Szepes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dương Dong in the 63rd minute of play forced Ferencvarosi TC's goalkeeper László Szigligeti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Medárd Keresztesi kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match Nguyễn Duong shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but László Szigligeti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, László Szepes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferencvarosi TC's supporters crossed their fingers, but László Szepes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 80 in the game by László Szepes from a close distance when the talented Nguyễn Phuong managed to make a qualified save. Dong Xoai's players were relieved. Örs Csorba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Phuong having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Liễu Quang Thanh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phạm Hoang, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The attack was good, but when László Szepes in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ferencvarosi TC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dong Xoai.
