Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ignacy Czempa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yan de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Czempa came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 김 견 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but 김 견 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Yan de Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 33 minutes in the game Felix Montes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Montenegro. Suwon Wanderers's Yan de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. Ignacy Czempa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Suwon Wanderers's Yan de Sousa got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match, Luis Andino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yan de Sousa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 김 견, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 최 아 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Ignacy Czempa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the game's 74th minute Ecuador's Agustín Saelices took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Yan de Sousa and thus the score was 2-1. Suwon Wanderers's Yan de Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Suwon Wanderers from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Suwon Wanderers's Kaj Kruuse got a free kick in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Czempa in the 95th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Suwon Wanderers had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
