Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Melquiades Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Carel Rokeloos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the game, Lilo Ramírez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MORPH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 17th minute, Lilo Ramírez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carel Rokeloos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Mambru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Berdaitz in the 23rd minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Carel Rokeloos sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to MORPH getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Teo Paez hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carel Rokeloos in the 38th minute of play. Ivan Gil was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the game, one of MORPH:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Mambru. Melquiades Mambru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carel Rokeloos made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Melquiades Mambru in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Mambru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Mambru. Melquiades Mambru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. MORPH's Isidro Lano was substituted for Celedonio Esquipula. MORPH's Paulo Eguen was substituted for Carel Rokeloos. 68 minutes into the game, Facundo Cadaval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Melquiades Mambru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustavo-Hernán Funes Mori made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Paulo Eguen immediately put the ball in play. 74 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Melquiades Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MORPH's Melquiades Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute of play. Melquiades Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Melquiades Mambru made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Teo Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 83 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Lilo Ramírez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, MORPH's Paulo Eguen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. MORPH were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ambrosio Estevez took the corner. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
