Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henk Van Linthout was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell. Patrik Fagrell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 28th minute of play forced BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Patrik Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell. Patrik Fagrell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Fagrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Patrik Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Patrik Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Patrik Fagrell. BK Ugglan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Sundberg made a kick off. Patrik Fagrell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrik Fagrell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save BK Ugglan from getting a goal against them. Patrik Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Patrik Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. 68 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Fagrell. In the 73rd minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrik Fagrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Patrik Fagrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Fagrell made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell. Patrik Fagrell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Patrik Fagrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BK Ugglan made a substitution. Bror Bruhn replaced Dong Ting Fan. BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 88th minute of play. BK Ugglan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Joel Gaona scored to the left of an out of position Patrik Fagrell, making the score, 1-10. BK Ugglan's Olov Skoglund was substituted for Emil Nordlander.
