Akhilleus Karabatsos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Zuraw in the 9th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Joel Gaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Akhilleus Karabatsos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Fagildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Facundo Cadaval slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amador Fagildo. Amador Fagildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The TS Bielsko-Biała fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
