Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Holer Nolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Mattias Qvalfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Gonzez's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattias Qvalfeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Robert Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the The Gonzez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Carlsson couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Mattias Qvalfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattias Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xu Yi Jian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mattias Qvalfeldt scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Xu Yi Jian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Xu Yi Jian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holer Nolan having to interfere. If Pasachai Jitjai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xu Yi Jian was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Gonzez the free kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Mattias Qvalfeldt took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Robert Carlsson made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Pasachai Jitjai however managed to control. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Carlsson in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, The Gonzez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Vennerberg to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Xu Yi Jian notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 78th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by The Gonzez's Xu Yi Jian. But to his dismay, Xu Yi Jian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.
