In the 15th match minute, Thracian F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ralondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Alex Cambeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 27th minute, Pavel Cenușă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Ralondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Panama's Abraham Alguacil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Esteban Ralondo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience cheered when Abraham Alguacil's long shot passed Esteban Ralondo's right side. It was 0-3, 37 minutes into the match. In the last second Marcos Cotilla throw himself and got hold of the ball when Octav Horea in the 41stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octav Horea was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Victor Tache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Ralondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Jose Carita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Ralondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Victor Tache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Victor Tache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes of play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Ralondo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ralondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Horea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Thracian F.C's Gavril Bleoancă was substituted for Pavel Cenușă. If Octav Horea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Thracian F.C getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Francisc Popan hit a great ball. When Francisc Popan fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thracian F.C's protests and gave Francisc Popan a yellow card for diving instead. Francisc Popan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 83 played minutes, Panama's Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteban Ralondo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Panama reached it. In the 85th minute Victor Tache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Thracian F.C booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Thracian F.C's Pompiliu Barascu got a free kick in the 87th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Tache in the 90th minute of the match. The Thracian F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
