Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jaime Pardo made the kick off which started today's match. Diaz Grandoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Transito Berroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Babicki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Pardo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Stefan Babicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jotares getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Zuriko Toralino hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 37th minute. Primitivo Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Transito Berroa to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Transito Berroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Primitivo Escribano hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Nerio Baamonde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Transito Berroa in the 57th minute of the match. Transito Berroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Basilio Urtado in the 74 minute of the game. 77 minutes into the game, Diaz Grandoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jotares's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. After 77 played minutes Jotares got a freekick which was hit by Diaz Grandoso. Iker Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Babicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The long shot by Jaime Pardo in the 84th minute really tested Stefan Babicki's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Stefan Babicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Nerio Baamonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Jotares fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Paraguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
