The audience was convinced that Albino Cugat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vito de Godoi was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Anselmo Gama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Gentil, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With an all-out effort, MACAU. In the 82ndth minute of the game De-Jesús Haaland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Lourenço Vilanova ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vito de Godoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Matos Velhos made a substitution. Lee Beckford replaced Henrique Candal. MACAU. F.C's Angelo Assunção was substituted for Albino Cugat. The MACAU. F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
