Sporting DoutroMundo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Joaquim Paredes scored to the left of an out of position Dimas Nunes, making the score, 3-0. Sporting DoutroMundo's Dimas Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting DoutroMundo from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Fontoura kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Machados FC V2's Joaquim Paredes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimas Nunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Paião to strike the kick off in the second half. The Machados FC V2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Dimas Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Paredes in the 59th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Joaquim Paredes put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dimas Nunes. Machados FC V2's Enzo Soveral was substituted for Enzo Quintas. The supporters of Machados FC V2 booed when Sporting DoutroMundo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Walker didn't get a good kick on the ball. One of Sporting DoutroMundo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Machados FC V2:s goal. Sporting DoutroMundo's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Paião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
