Jairo Malheiro started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Hubert Fagrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Malheiro. After a rather tough play, Rönnöfors FF's Wiktor Dahlman got a free kick in the 8th minute. Hubert Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 12th minute of play. Radiohead Freaks Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Noe Seedorf in the 13th minute. After taking down the ball on Radiohead Freaks Club's corner Noe Seedorf fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hubert Fagrell quite easily take care of the ball. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Tunström in the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Jairo Malheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hubert Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thom Threepwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Fagerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Torsten Åman in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Radiohead Freaks Club's Roger Bålström. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Torsten Åman with Arne Stor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dag Spets hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Jairo Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thom Threepwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Per Stenberg came free, but Thom Threepwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Malheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rönnöfors FF's Hubert Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry Fagerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thom Threepwood made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Per Tunström sent off a good shot on target. Per Tunström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Thom Threepwood made a huge save. Gazanfer Kelim might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hubert Fagrell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gazanfer Kelim ran back to his position shaking his head. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Radiohead Freaks Club from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Jairo Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Malheiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hubert Fagrell having to make a save. Hubert Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Tunström got free with Thom Threepwood in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Spets to maneuver through the defense. Rönnöfors FF made a substitution. Edwin Ahlstedt replaced Wiktor Dahlman. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dag Spets hit a great ball. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 76th minute of play. Sten Hökqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute of the match Jens-Ola Åkerström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hubert Fagrell skillfully saved the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Henry Fagerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Radiohead Freaks Club's zone, Henry Fagerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thom Threepwood came out of the goal and Henry Fagerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Per Stenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Thom Threepwood made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayo Mario in the 89th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Hubert Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rönnöfors FF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
