The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Napier got free with Urbano Saturnin in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute, Metal Juniors's Nicolas Napier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 8th minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Metal Juniors's Nicolas Napier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Urbano Saturnin. Urbano Saturnin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 11 minutes, Nicolas Napier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Metal Juniors and the Sao Brasola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Napier kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Metal Juniors's Francisco Nesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Punta in the 13th minute of play. The throw-in from Elia Di Vincenzo in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Metal Juniors's Melker Flink. A collision led to Metal Juniors getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Antonio Eyague hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Metal Juniors defense, Cesare Punta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francisco Nesor. The Metal Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francisco Nesor should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Inácio de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Sao Brasola getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nojus Barasa hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Castro in the 30th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cesare Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Adalberto Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joseph Asklöv made the kick off in the second half. Cesare Punta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Eyague charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Eyague the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Metal Juniors getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Antonio Eyague hit a great ball. With a little luck, Metal Juniors's Francisco Nesor got control of the ball when Cesare Punta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesare Punta in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Nesor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joseph Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Asklöv in the 66th minute of play forced Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Francisco Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Itzaina, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Joseph Asklöv took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Francisco Nesor to make any attempt to save it. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Metal Juniors! Metal Juniors:s Francisco Nesor showed great skill when he stopped Elia Di Vincenzo:s penalty. 2-3 came in the 77th minute when Elia Di Vincenzo all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Francisco Nesor. In the 80th minute, Sergio Dennis made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Saturnin. Sao Brasola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Sao Brasola's Cesare Punta got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Gerazan in the 84th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesare Punta came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Francisco Nesor could save by the left post. When Cesare Punta came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sao Brasola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesare Punta couldn't finish the play. The Metal Juniors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sao Brasola were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
