The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Hernan Lano got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Hernan Lano took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Thom Threepwood to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Radiohead Freaks Club booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordanis Karatzaferis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Soroca F.C. defense, Cayo Mario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Wennerqvist should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Radiohead Freaks Club getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Roger Bålström hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Adrián Espadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Cayo Mario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cayo Mario came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thom Threepwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrián Espadas in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Threepwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrián Espadas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 36th playminute. Dan Wennerqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayo Mario's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cayo Mario made a kick off. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Soroca F.C. from getting a goal against them. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. After 57 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Tartalo. Thom Threepwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute of the game Kendall Roy made a throw-in which Beti Roman played forward. Cayo Mario struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Dan Wennerqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radiohead Freaks Club. After 69 minutes, Kendall Roy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Radiohead Freaks Club and the Soroca F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Radiohead Freaks Club got a freekick which was hit by Kendall Roy. Thom Threepwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Thom Threepwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 72nd minute of play forced Radiohead Freaks Club's goalkeeper Thom Threepwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Răzvan Necula took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thom Threepwood. Thom Threepwood dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Thom Threepwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zézinho Neiva in the 83rd minute. After taking down the ball on Soroca F.C.'s corner Zézinho Neiva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thom Threepwood quite easily take care of the ball. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 85th minute of play. Kendall Roy kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cayo Mario came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thom Threepwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radiohead Freaks Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
