After 3 played minutes Hayalim Kedoshim got a freekick which was hit by Mika Garon. After 6 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Groom. If Mika Garon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mika Garon scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabien Barthez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Tamaron in the 12th minute of play. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Garon in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Jasper Delamore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cazimir Angelescu. Jasper Delamore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Garon in the 19th minute of play. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Tamaron in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Egg Chasers FC's Matthew Brookman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cazimir Angelescu. Cazimir Angelescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. If Vladimiro Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Groom during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Joel Groom got a free kick in the 44th minute. When Luis Tamaron came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Hayalim Kedoshim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Tamaron couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Lauro was the one to do the kick off. Cazimir Angelescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Brookman, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Crouch in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cazimir Angelescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurențiu Poras short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Fabien Barthez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ronny Whieldon made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Peter Crouch. Johny Konings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Fabien Barthez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayalim Kedoshim's Cazimir Angelescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Groom in the 86th minute of play. Cazimir Angelescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Groom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Laurențiu Pora reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabien Barthez. The goal made the score 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Hayalim Kedoshim's Garfield Sau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabien Barthez. That made the score 4-3 after 92 minutes of play. In the 95th minute Laurențiu Pora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Barthez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egg Chasers FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
