In the 9th minute, Meng Di Jun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armindo Salgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Dezassete's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Álvaro Rezende was slow to take the kick. During this time VB-Team's players had a chance to rest. VB-Team's Álvaro Rezende was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miguel Marin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Arthur Guerra in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Dezassete's You. In the 18th minute Meng Di Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's David Hulubei got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Meng Di Jun came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Shao Kun Yuan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Miguel Marin. Shao Kun Yuan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Meng Di Jun scored 2-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armindo Salgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, Meng Di Jun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armindo Salgado. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armindo Salgado should have stopped the shot. Isac Bomba kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. David Hulubei kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Álvaro Rezende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Meng Di Jun to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meng Di Jun in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquim de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. FC Dezassete's Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shao Kun Yuan in the 60th minute of play. VB-Team's Shao Kun Yuan managed to work through FC Dezassete's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Shao Kun Yuan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Meng Di Jun got free with Armindo Salgado in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meng Di Jun in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Caeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miguel Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VB-Team's Traian Hăvârneanu was substituted for Joaquim de Barros. FC Dezassete's Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Hăvârneanu in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Hăvârneanu in the 78th minute of play forced FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Miguel Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dezassete's Pang Kun Xi was substituted for Emanuel Millano. Pedro Póvoas kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Branco Tinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Dezassete booed when VB-Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Caeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Hăvârneanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Dezassete had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
