When Waldemar Rosen fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinhote FC's protests and gave Waldemar Rosen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Waldemar Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Suprs Academia booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bart Buckinx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Burt Cawthorne recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joacim First. Burt Cawthorne showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 25th minute, Burt Cawthorne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joacim First was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Joacim First made an important save on a dangerous shot by Macit Sağıt in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guo Ming in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacek Ptaszek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Macit Sağıt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim First saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pinhote FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wiliam Queiroz was slow to take the kick. During this time Suprs Academia's players had a chance to rest. Jacek Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Siöberg in the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, Pinhote FC's Joacim First got control of the ball when Macit Sağıt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joacim First took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wang Jun Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute of the match, Amílcar Leiria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joacim First was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Macit Sağıt was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hans Koenig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Macit Sağıt put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joacim First. Joacim First took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Hans Koenig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Wiliam Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Joacim First. Pinhote FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joacim First prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes, Macit Sağıt made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pinhote FC's Joacim First tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pinhote FC's Joacim First played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macit Sağıt in the 68th minute of play. Guo Ming sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suprs Academia made a substitution. Lucero Agnese replaced Wang Jun Xi. The referee showed Aparício Rebocho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Suprs Academia's Aparício Rebocho got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes, Pinhote FC's Holger Siöberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacek Ptaszek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pinhote FC reached it. Joacim First showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Guo Ming notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Suprs Academia's Jacek Ptaszek. Jacek Ptaszek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Suprs Academia were the better team. Suprs Academia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
