Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Armando Meireles started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute of the match, Wojciech Grunwalski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Petruț Dicu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 5th minute Quentin Platt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Dicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Exército Português defense, Quentin Platt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petruț Dicu. The Exército Português fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petruț Dicu should have stopped the shot. Bacardi Black Bats's Horaţiu Bacalbașa got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horaţiu Bacalbașa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petruț Dicu having to make a save. With a little luck, Exército Português's Petruț Dicu got control of the ball when Horaţiu Bacalbașa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Exército Português's Bruno Soveral in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bacardi Black Bats's goalie prevented a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Exército Português's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Bacalbașa came free, but Petruț Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Brudzisz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bacardi Black Bats getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Yao Liang Ming hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Horaţiu Bacalbașa made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Exército Português's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Bacalbașa came free, but Petruț Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petruț Dicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Bacalbașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Exército Português's Robert Przybylski got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Robert Przybylski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petruț Dicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Bacalbașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Carrasqueira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Exército Português's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 75th minute Horaţiu Bacalbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Dicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match, Bruno Soveral tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Artur Brudzisz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Armando Meireles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Brudzisz having to make a save. Artur Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Carrasqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horaţiu Bacalbașa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petruț Dicu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Bacardi Black Bats were awarded a corner. Hermenegildo Rebelo went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Exército Português booed when Bacardi Black Bats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Parzysz didn't get a good kick on the ball.
