After having played for 17 minutes, Reinis Rodiks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Annenieki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinis Rodiks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miķelis Pavārs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Tibalt, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvīns Mallers during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, DON RAMON 72's Rodrigo Bastia got a free kick in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the game, SK Annenieki's Edvīns Mallers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaston Marcones made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Miķelis Pavārs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Marcones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zigmunds Lasmans in the 36th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edvīns Mallers to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Quilo in the 53rd minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Miķelis Pavārs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvīns Mallers kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Valentin Gabrio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Zigmunds Lasmans kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SK Annenieki's Zigmunds Lasmans got a free kick in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Quiroga in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miķelis Pavārs saved SK Annenieki from getting behind. Ezequiel Quiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Miķelis Pavārs made a huge save. Zigmunds Lasmans scored 3-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Marcones, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Ezequiel Quiroga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miķelis Pavārs. The goal made the score 3-1. After some careless play in the SK Annenieki defense, Valentin Gabrio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miķelis Pavārs. The SK Annenieki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miķelis Pavārs should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Quiroga in the 91st minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Miķelis Pavārs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the DON RAMON 72 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Annenieki.
