Kiko Aparecido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafu Mandrak's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With a little luck, SAS's Lúcio Rodrigues got control of the ball when Mathias Berger tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Sagarana Clube's Erik Salles made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of SAS booed when Sagarana Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! 58 minutes into the game, Beto Maia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kiko Aparecido. Beto Maia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Lúcio Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Berger in the 61st minute of play. Cafu Mandrak came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kiko Aparecido could save by the left post. Kiko Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Kiko Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Maia in the 72nd minute of play.
