The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Noworolnik during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Daniel Noworolnik hit a great ball. In the 4th match minute, SK Annenieki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigmunds Lasmans to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinis Rodiks during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SK Annenieki getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Reinis Rodiks hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Bernard Drugi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute Zigmunds Lasmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Pilipiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszek Pilipiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinis Rodiks in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Daniel Noworolnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszek Pilipiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markuss Reliņš, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hahay made a substitution. Przemyslaw Ankiewicz replaced Adam Glembin. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernard Drugi made a kick off. A collision led to SK Annenieki getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Balvis Druva hit a great ball. Miķelis Pavārs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Drugi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Bernard Drugi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Miķelis Pavārs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszek Pilipiec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markuss Reliņš went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Zbyszek Pilipiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinis Rodiks in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hahay's zone, Reinis Rodiks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszek Pilipiec came out of the goal and Reinis Rodiks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes, Balvis Druva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Annenieki and the Hahay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes SK Annenieki got a freekick which was hit by Balvis Druva. SK Annenieki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
