Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Clodoveo Neto started the match with the kick off. Crispin Grassow kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The AC Rangers fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when AC Rangers's Guido Ler looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Patricio Costa pulled a muscle in his back after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Balesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the game, AC Rangers's Clodoveo Neto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 20 minutes into the match, Tihomir Leustek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tihomir Leustek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 24th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rosendo Balesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Clodoveo Neto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 5-1. Venezuela's Diego Alejandro Pozo was substituted for Roberto Ocampo. The supporters of Venezuela booed when AC Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Neto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Clodoveo Neto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. Clodoveo Neto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Richard Barreto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

AC Rangers's Amancio Inocente was substituted for Emiliano Aznaro. The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Neto came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Rangers's goalkeeper Rosendo Balesio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Neto in the 69th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Neto scored 9-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Diego Alejandro Pozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, AC Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Rosendo Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, AC Rangers's Clodoveo Neto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Sal in the 91st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Richard Barreto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AC Rangers fully deserved thier win.
