Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Michael Finman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sundets Pärla FC's Hans Hedlund got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sundets Pärla FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Söderström came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sundets Pärla FC's goalkeeper Dan Söderström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dan Söderström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Söderström having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Söderström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Michael Finman put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Dan Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Söderström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sundets Pärla FC's Dan Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Sundets Pärla FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Felix Montes drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Sundets Pärla FC's goalkeeper. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play forced Sundets Pärla FC's goalkeeper Dan Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Finman's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Sundets Pärla FC's goalkeeper Dan Söderström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 57th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Juan Sebastián Puig got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-3. 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sundets Pärla FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hans Hedlund hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Söderström having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Michael Finman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Söderström having to make a save. Dan Söderström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 74th minute. Dan Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 87th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91stth minute of the game Michael Finman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Sundets Pärla FC's Dan Söderström got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sundets Pärla FC throughout the match.
