Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damazy Dziewedik started the match with the kick off. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damazy Dziewedik went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Marcos Cotilla managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when SALI's Lucrețiu Cazacu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Dziewedik in the 13th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tanek Narbut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Panama were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after SALI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Damazy Dziewedik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damazy Dziewedik really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Cazacu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Dziewedik in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Dziewedik in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Kryspin Fetor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Cheng Chao Yin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Cheng Chao Yin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Narbut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Wojtowicz in the 51st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Cazacu in the 57th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Damazy Dziewedik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Wojtowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SALI booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Fetor in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Lucrețiu Cazacu came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alex Cambeiro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Cambeiro couldn't finish the play. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Cheng Chao Yin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Dziewedik in the 69th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Fetor in the 71st minute of play. Tanek Narbut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 75th minute. Abraham Alguacil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tanek Narbut firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Narbut having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barnaba Nalaskowski in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
