Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bobby Vanooteghem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bobby Vanooteghem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yu Feng Sang scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bobby Vanooteghem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Dare to dream again's Bobby Vanooteghem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced Dare to dream again's goalkeeper Bobby Vanooteghem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobby Vanooteghem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Julio Vera stood somewhat misplaced when Vernon Wilkinson came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 33 minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jermaine Collingwood in the 36th minute of play. When Mikolaj Tomaszewski fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dare to dream again's protests and gave Mikolaj Tomaszewski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Mikolaj Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Dare to dream again's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bobby Vanooteghem came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bobby Vanooteghem having to interfere. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Dare to dream again's Bobby Vanooteghem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Dare to dream again from getting a goal against them. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Dare to dream again's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After 57 played minutes Dare to dream again got a freekick which was hit by Vernon Wilkinson. Bobby Vanooteghem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Dare to dream again was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Boumans didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Bobby Vanooteghem in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Felix Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bobby Vanooteghem. That made the score 2-3 after 64 minutes of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Feng Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bobby Vanooteghem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Bobby Vanooteghem threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Felix Montenegro scored 2-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bobby Vanooteghem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Dare to dream again got a freekick which was hit by Eddy Nelleboedske. With his leg Bobby Vanooteghem managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bobby Vanooteghem in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Dare to dream again defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bobby Vanooteghem. The Dare to dream again fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bobby Vanooteghem should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bobby Vanooteghem. Bobby Vanooteghem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
