The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 11 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Västerstrand came free, but Thanasis Papadimitriou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Gottfrid Kjellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Andberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Andberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Kjellbom in the 23rd minute of play. Fjugesta's Isac Andberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottfrid Kjellbom in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Gottfrid Kjellbom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Isac Andberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Fjugesta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tolga Tara took the corner. 38 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Mattsson came free, but Thanasis Papadimitriou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Andberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tonni Bynge went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Thanasis Papadimitriou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casper Mellberg. With an all-out effort, Fjugesta's Thanasis Papadimitriou threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kurt Mattsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manfred Västerstrand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Fjugesta's zone, Francesco Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Andberg came out of the goal and Francesco Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isac Andberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gottfrid Kjellbom in the 55th minute. Gottfrid Kjellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Isac Andberg made a huge save. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Kurt Bennet with Kurt Mattsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The referee gave Fjugesta a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ture Dahlbom, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Thanasis Papadimitriou. 2-3. In the 72nd minute, Tolga Tara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. Sapardi Sopandi replaced Francesco Batista. The supporters of Fjugesta booed when GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolga Tara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gottfrid Kjellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Isac Andberg made a huge save. Gottfrid Kjellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Andberg having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Sapardi Sopandi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. Alberto Jaen replaced Gottfrid Kjellbom. Sapardi Sopandi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Thanasis Papadimitriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Mattsson in the 89th minute of play. Tolga Tara kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After some careless play in the GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. defense, Casper Mellberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thanasis Papadimitriou. The GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thanasis Papadimitriou should have stopped the shot. Tonni Bynge struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Isac Andberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
