Robert Abbondanzieri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Deportivo Medievales's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Holmgren came free, but Robert Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Robert Abbondanzieri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Qin Ting Peng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustinas Gavorskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of Deportivo Medievales booed when Stockholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Holmgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tytus Ziemniak kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Qin Ting Peng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustinas Gavorskis went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Kurt Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Robert Abbondanzieri made a huge save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristoffer Bjurström was the one to do the kick off. Rhett Blue hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Jeremías Tindall fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 78th minute Augustinas Gavorskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qin Ting Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Abbondanzieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Holmgren in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Stockholm IF getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Glauco Ribeiro hit a great ball. Deportivo Medievales made a substitution. Erubiel Aresti replaced Tytus Ziemniak. Erubiel Aresti made a great header on Deportivo Medievales's corner, it was just that Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng managed to reach the ball for a save. 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Medievales's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Holmgren came free, but Robert Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Deportivo Medievales players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
